Once you have decided to travel with Elisomi Tours Ltd., you will be required to make a non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of 25% of the total package price to reserve your space. After making a reservation, you will then be invoiced, and you will have to make the full payment 90 days prior to the first land day of your trip. Currently, all payments are to be made either by Wire transfer to the company’s account or by Money order.
You must notify us in writing to cancel your trip and, at the time we receive your notification, we will refund you based on the following criteria:
91 days or more prior to departure: All the money (except the amount you deposited to reserve your space) will be refunded.
90 to 46 days prior to departure: Only 50% of the package price will be refunded.
45 days or less prior to departure: No refund.
Please also note that you may be responsible for any fees imposed by hotels, airlines, conservation authorities, etc. that are over and above your land arrangements, due to the cancellation of your original date bookings.
In addition, there will be no partial or full refunds for any unused meals, hotel rooms, airport transfers etc., for any reason whatsoever. Elisomi Tours Ltd. reserves the right to increase the tour price in the event of cost increases due to changes in airfare, currency fluctuations, park fee increases, fuel surcharges, government taxes, etc.
Elisomi Tours Ltd. is not responsible for any expenses you incur in preparing for your trip (eg. visa fees, immunizations, insurance, equipment, etc.) or for any necessary additional travel arrangements, should you embark from home before your group departure date. Third-party services such as accommodation and others, are subject to change, and in such cases, Elisomi Tours Ltd. reserves the right to alter the tour without prior notice.
